In 2017, Kimberly founded the first associate-specific recruitment firm in Canada, revolutionizing the way dental professionals connect with practices. Under her leadership, Recruit North America has become the premier full-service dental recruitment firm in Canada and is rapidly expanding its footprint across the USA. Passionate about supporting new dental graduates, Kimberly fosters close relationships with emerging professionals to ensure a seamless transition into their careers. Her personalized approach helps graduates find the right opportunities, setting them up for long-term success. Dedicated to client success, Kimberly works closely with dental practices to build high-performing teams while ensuring candidates find the best fit for their skills and goals.

With more than a decade of experience across the dental industry, Cassandra (Cass) Paolella serves as Senior Vice President of Recruit North America and is recognized as a leading voice and trusted advisor to dentists and industry professionals across Canada. Her background spans recruitment, practice valuations, consulting, practice sales, and advisory services, giving her a strong understanding of how talent, business strategy, and operational performance align. She is respected for her professionalism, discretion, and her ability to build enduring relationships across the industry. Cass is a driving force behind Recruit North America's growth and operational leadership, with a focus on strengthening outcomes for both dental teams and associates. She brings clear, practical guidance rooted in real-world experience, ensuring strong alignment between clinics and the professionals who join them, and supporting more seamless and successful career transitions. Susan is a dynamic dental professional and strategic educator with a strong clinical foundation as a Registered Dental Hygienist and over a decade of national leadership in continuing education, campus engagement, and brand development. A published author and accomplished speaker, Susan has delivered more than 600 presentations across Canada and the United States, skillfully translating complex clinical and technological topics into practical, actionable insights. In her new role, Susan will lead initiatives focused on connecting emerging and established dental professionals with opportunities that align their skills and values—bridging education, recruitment, and culture-building across North America. Originally from London, Ontario, Susan now resides in Kelowna, British Columbia with her husband.

Jasmina brings with her a strong clinical background along with valuable inside sales experience at both Frontier Dental Supply and Pro-Art Dental Laboratory. This combination of hands-on clinical knowledge and business development expertise positions her to truly understand the needs of both dental professionals and the practices we support. Known for her driven and entrepreneurial spirit, Jasmina is committed to building strong relationships and delivering results that make a lasting impact.

Junelly brings over 4 years of recruitment experience across multiple industries, including the dental field, along with more than 10 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and has built an impressive track record of successfully recruiting dental professionals for practices across Ontario and Canada, serving both urban and rural communities. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Junelly is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping people. She has a natural ability to build meaningful relationships and create connections that benefit both candidates and clients. Her thoughtful, caring approach and commitment to exceptional service align perfectly with the values we strive to uphold at Recruit North America. Lumena has been a dedicated professional in the dental field since 1999. Starting out as a dental assistant, she quickly expanded her expertise by teaching dental assisting and contributing to the next generation of professionals in the industry. Building on a wealth of hands-on experience, she later transitioned to the role of office manager at a large oral surgery clinic, where she honed her skills in operations and patient care. With a natural ability to lead and drive growth, Lumena made the leap into sales and event planning and took on the role of Regional Manager at 123Dentist and most recently as a COO of a dental software company. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a passion for improving both patient/client experiences and business operations within the dental industry, all while remaining committed to the highest standards of service and professionalism.

After eight years in social media, Isabella is adept at navigating online algorithms for successful marketing. Pursuing an education degree, she is passionate about connecting with people and sharing dance's joy through teaching.
